Reminder regarding the upcoming Family Day holiday on Monday February 19th. We will be closed for regularly scheduled classes. We are OPEN on Saturday February 17th! |

Reminder that if there are any cancellations due to inclement weather, the makeup classes will take place during the March break. When there is severe weather, we ask parents to call the studio and listen to the voice mail message as to whether the studio is open (we normally make that call by 3 pm). We will also post it on our social media sites too so you can keep updated by checking on those. We usually try to send out an email as well. The responsibility lies with the parent as we are unable to call each and every parent regarding class continuation. |

Our annual March Break camp will be held at our Weston location from Monday March 11 - Friday March 15, 2024. The camp runs from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Drop-Off: 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM & Pickup: 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM) Cost is $199.00 per child plus HST for the week. Payment is due on the first day of camp. There is an additional cost of $20.00 per day if early drop off 8-8:30 AM and late pick up 4:30 - 5:00 PM is needed ($10 each). The March Break Camp Form needs to be completed online via our website www.thedancezone.ca/march-break-camp. We will contact you to confirm receipt of registration. Kids outside of the studio are more than welcome to register! No previous dance experience is required. We are accepting a maximum of 40 children only so register as soon as possible. |

Reminder that our annual year end recital will be held at the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts from Friday June 14th - Sunday June 16th.. Our recreational dancers from our Weston location will be dancing on Friday June 14 @ 7PM show and Saturday June 15 @12 PM show. Our recreational dancers from our Jane location will be dancing two shows on Saturday June 15 @ 12 PM and 7 PM. Everyone is expected to dance at both of their assigned shows so please plan accordingly. Further details will be provided over the next few months. |

Camp # 1: July 2 - 12, 2024 (excluding weekends) Camp # 2: August 6 - 16, 2024 (excluding weekends) The camp runs from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Drop-Off: 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM & Pickup: 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM). Throughout the month of January, measurements of all recreational students will be taking place for their costumes (except for hip hop classes). In case your child misses a class throughout the month of January, please ensure that your child's measurements have been taken. Please wear proper dance attire (you can refer to our web site). No baggy clothes please. |

We hope you have all been enjoying your summer so far!
Recital Videos
We received an update from DanceBUG that the recital videos are almost finished being edited
and will be available soon to upload onto your DanceBUG account. We will notify you once we
hear that they are available. For those of you who were not able to attend picture day we will
send out the access code to you.

Fall Registration
Spaces are filling up quickly for our upcoming 2023/2024 season! If you plan on returning,
please register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
We will be celebrating our 25th anniversary and we plan on making it a very special year!

registration via email within 48 hours. You can also register in person by making an
appointment by leaving a voice message at the studio or sending us an email to

Weston Location Renovations
We have been busy renovating our Weston location which will be finished by the end of
August. We are excited to announce that we have added 1 hour classes for ages 10 & up on
Tuesdays from 6-9 pm (jazz, acro & hip hop). Our schedules online reflect these additional
classes.
Summer Dance Camps
We are in week 2 of our July camp and it has been a blast!
We still have spots available for our August camp, which runs from Tuesday August 8 – Friday
August 18 (excluding weekends). The fee for the 2 week camp is $349 which includes HST.

email once we receive it.
Competitive Team Auditions
We will be holding another audition for our competitive team on Tuesday August 8 th from 5:30-
6:30 pm at our Jane location. Please contact us for further information and to register!
